Returning your order? No problem!
Are you not 100% satisfied or don’t you have the right size? You can return one (or more) product(s) within 14 days after receipt of your order.
What should you do and what should you pay attention to?
1) You email us that you want to return products.
2) Check whether the products meet the return conditions
The products are unworn (except for fitting), in the original packaging,
in sale-able condition, without traces of use and with the card/label.
The return shipment is at your own expense. Make sure that your return products are properly packed, that you use the enclosed return label and that you have completed the return form.
Deliver your return shipment at a PostNL point. There you also pay for the return.
We will receive your package within 1 to 2 working days and we will book the amount of the returned products to your bank account.
When returning products, you also return any free products received with the shipment.
If the free product is not sent along, we will deduct the value of the free product from the refund amount.
